Jo Ann Allen

Jo Ann Allen, CEO and Executive Director of One Talent, Inc., has a strong history of commitment and service to underserved individuals. A retiree from Delta Air Lines, Jo Ann has been recognized with several awards throughout her career for her execution of leadership and service to customers.

Jo Ann has earned merits including serving as Board President for Habitat for Humanity of South Fulton, member of Teen Mothers Clayton County Workforce, and South Fulton Liaison for the Superintendent's Committee of the Fulton County Board of Education.

Jo Ann earned her undergraduate degree with honors in business from Tuskegee University.
